On-Demand Virtual Event

As the clock strikes midnight on 31st December, Britain’s transition period from the European Union will be over and major policy changes will come into force

The UK government is currently preparing to adapt to regulatory changes and now is a crucial time to double down on innovation to provide seamless experiences, not just for Europeans but for all International travellers. This is a once in a generation chance for government departments, such as the Home Office, to adopt technology and processes such as Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics to implement a new framework.

With Britain rolling out new regulations for travellers entering the country and daily changes in disease management policy, agents and UK Border staff will have to be aware of the new rules immediately - and AI will be key to helping staff adapt and provide a fast and effective service.

Joined by Anna Jerzewska, Associate Fellow of the UKTPO and founder and director of the Trade and Borders consultancy, hear discussions on how to meet the general public and Cargo Carriers' expectation for a modern, slick, user-friendly experience.. During this virtual masterclass workshop discover:

  • The role of AI and robotics
  • The tools to help agents face the major task of delivering a quality user experience, removing the burden of costly manual
  • How to empower border agents amidst so much change
  • Practical end-to-end border journey automation
