  • Enter lead registration requests into the NICE Partner Portals
  • When a lead registration request with a projected total contract value of (TCV) of USD $30,000 or more is approved by NICE, it will count towards Partner for Success rewards

Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions so that you can make sure that every lead and order counts.

GENERAL

  • This promotion is available from 9.00am Oct 1st 2022 to 5.00pm June 30th 2023 AEST. Leads, Fast-Start POCs, Orders and/or Case Studies need to be finalised by the Partner and approved by NICE Systems Australia Pty Ltd (NICE) during this period to qualify
  • This promotion is available to NICE Business Partners and their Salespeople located in Australia and New Zealand
  • No alternative rewards or cash equivalents are available. However, if NICE is unable to procure a given reward, it may at its discretion select a similar alternative
  • NICE Systems Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms of this promotion or terminate this promotion at any time without reason
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of NICE management is final

Rewards for leads

  • For a lead to qualify it needs to be registered via NICE CXone Partner Portal or Home (extranice.com)
  • The estimated lead ‘Total Contract Value’ (TCV) needs to be greater or equal to USD $30,000
  • For any given lead registered on the portal, only the first-in will be accepted. If more than one NICE ANZ Business Partner registers the same lead, only the first to be registered will count
  • A lead (and it’s estimated TCV) will only be approved and counted, when it has been qualified by a NICE Account Executive and moved to Stage 1 in NICE CRM (Salesforce/SFDC)
  • Any NICE ANZ Business Partner employee with Partner Portal access can register the lead on behalf of the salesperson. However the salesperson’s name needs to be entered into the notes section of the registration form so that it can be correctly allocated
  • For every 5 approved leads generated by an eligible NICE ANZ Business Partner, a supporting colleague may be nominated by that Business Partner’s management team to receive one of the following rewards: Cool Cabana, Apple Pencil (2nd Gen), LG 27” Full HD Monitor, Fitbit Charge 5, Garmin Index S2 Smart Scales, Sonos One Bluetooth Speaker, Apple Airpods (3rd Gen) or Ecovacs Deebot U2 floor cleaning robot. NICE management will retain final approval of the nominated individual

REWARDS FOR NICE ‘FAST-START’ Proof of Concept

  • This element of the ‘Partner for Success’ promotion is available to current NICE ANZ CXone Reseller Partner salespeople
  • To qualify, the Partner Salesperson needs to secure a NICE ‘Fast Start’ customer Proof of Concept (POC) with an estimated Total Contract Value (TCV) (on conversion to a full contract) greater or equal to USD $60,000
  • The estimated TCV will be validated by the NICE Account Executive and entered into the opportunity record in NICE CRM (SFDC)
  • The Partner Salesperson will qualify for a reward once the POC has been implemented and confirmed ‘live’
  • The sales lead must be registered by the Business Partner at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the Fast Start POC
  • The NICE Account Executive needs to have participated in customer meetings at least 30 days prior to commencement of the POC

REWARDS FOR CASE STUDIES

  • 20 Rewards are available to win in this category, which will be awarded on a first-to-qualify basis
  • To qualify, the Business Partner Salesperson needs to secure written agreement from the customer to be the subject of a customer case study (written or video), or press release
  • The attached NICE customer agreement form needs to be completed and signed by the customer for the purposes of securing the customer’s written agreement to participate
