In a report evaluating Voice of the Customer (VoC) platforms, research and strategic advisory firm Metrigy named NICE VoC a Top Provider among a field of 16 VoC providers. NICE was named a Top Provider based on customer-documented quantitative metrics demonstrating business success. According to the Metrigy report, NICE VoC success group customers achieved the following results:
 
    • Revenue increase of 35.8%
    • Cost decrease of 15.3%
    • Customer ratings improvement of 35.5%
    • Agent efficiency improvement of 32.8%
 
This report covers one of six MetriStar categories where NICE earned Top Provider, which recognizes suppliers whose customers achieved high business success and above-average customer sentiment ratings. In fact, NICE performed better than any other provider throughout the full MetriStar program.
