This Subject Access Request form is to assist you in exercising the rights you may have to access, obtain knowledge of, modify and delete certain personal information that the NiCE Ltd. and its Subsidiaries (as defined in our Privacy Notice) (“NiCE”) holds about you (your “personal data”) under applicable law, including but not limited to rights as granted pursuant to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). If you wish to make a Subject Access Request, please complete this form carefully and someone from NiCE will follow up with you.

Most of the personal data that NiCE processes is as a “processor” (as defined in the GDPR) or as a “service provider” (as defined in the CCPA) for our clients. We may not have the ability to view the data or recognize that the data relates to you, and in some cases we are not permitted by law to disclose the fact that we are processing your data. If you believe NiCE is processing your data on behalf of a third-party, please contact such party so that they can respond to your request.
